Here's how our booking process works. A $200 deposit is all that we require to reserve your event date for the ALTA Unlimited or Select package (deposits vary for other packages). You can place your deposit by giving us a call with a credit card number, mailing in a check, or making the deposit online through our website. We will then send you an email confirmation that your date is reserved. The remaining balance will be due 2 weeks prior to the event date.

Our deposit is 30 days fully refundable. We want to provide our clients a peace of mind in making their decision.

The deposit will hold your date, but we also need a signed contract to confirm your booking. Please fill out and sign the contract and send it to our mailing address:
